Process management as a modern way of management

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou procesního způsobu řízení. První část vysvětluje podstatu procesů, potřebu změny v řízení podniku, a jak jí docílit s pomocí zavedení procesního způsobu řízení, přičemž jsou uvedeny jeho výhody i nevýhody. Dále je procesní řízení porovnáno s klasickým funkčním a je objasněn model zralosti podniku. Poslední část uvádí případovou studii, která se zabývá procesním řízením ve výrobním podniku.

Abstract:

The presented bachelor thesis is focused on business process managament. The theoretical part explains the essence of the processes, the need for change in business management and how it is achieved using the implementation of the business process management, there are given the advantages and disadvantages of BPM. Furthermore business process management is compared to the classical functional management and is explained maturity model of the company. The last part demonstrates a case study that deals with the business process management in a manufacturing company.
