Abstract:

Předmětem této bakalářské práce je vysvětlit jaké informace účetnictví poskytuje a pro koho jsou tyto informace určeny. A dále seznámit čtenáře se skutečnostmi, které se vážou k procesu účetní závěrky a poskytnout jim ucelený pohled na tuto vrcholovou fázi vztahující se na každou účetní jednotku. V tomto případě se vychází z právní formy podnikání – společnost s ručením omezeným. Stěžejní část je věnována přípravným pracím a operacím účetní uzávěrky, které neodmyslitelně předcházejí sestavení účetní závěrky. Práce je rozdělena do dvou bloků, teoretického a praktického. Teoretická část popisuje zejména obecné informace o účetní uzávěrce a okrajově pak sestavení výkazů účetní závěrky dle platné české legislativy. Druhá část pak aplikuje teoretické poznatky do praxe a analyzuje uzávěrkové operace konkrétní společnosti.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis aims to explain which information is provided by accounting and to whom it is addressed. It also communicates to the reader the process of the account statement and provides him a comprehensive overview of this phase which concerns each entity. In this case, the limited liability company as a legal form of enterprise is considered. The major part of the thesis is dedicated to the preparation procedure and operations of the account statement as an essential stage preceding the account statement compilation. This work is divided into two blocks, the theoretical and the practical one. The theoretical part contains namely general information on the account statement, marginally treating also preparation of account statement documents according to current Czech legislation. Application of the theory to practice and analysis of the account statement operation of a specific company are presented in the second part.
