Diplomová práce se věnuje elektrochemickému stanovení vitaminu E. Teoretická část práce poskytuje informace o vitaminu E, jeho struktuře, fyzikálních, chemických a elektrochemických vlastnostech. Dále jsou stručně popsány nejpoužívanější voltametrické metody stanovení vitaminu E a možnosti stanovení na různých elektrodových materiálech. This diploma thesis deals with electrochemical determination of vitamin E. In the first part of the thesis, information about vitamin E, its structure, physical, chemical and electrochemical properties are provided.
