Abstract:

Diplomová práce „Pojďme spolu abecedou aneb netradiční pojetí zdravotní tělesné výchovy“ pojednává o zdravotní tělesné výchově a jejím využití v hodinách tělesné výchovy pro 1. třídu základní školy. Práce má dvě části: teoretickou a metodickou. V teoretické části se zabýváme tématem mladšího školního věku, tělesné výchovy a zdravotní tělesné výchovy, dále vztahem zdravotní tělesné výchovy k RVP ZV. Nejsou opomenuty ani základní polohy a typy vyrovnávacích cvičení. Praktická část obsahuje návrhy jednotlivých hodin tělesné výchovy s využitím zdravotně orientovaných cviků s vhodnou motivací na písmena abecedy.

Abstract:

The diploma project „Let’s go together through the alphabet or non – traditional conception of health physical education” deals with medical physical education and its use in physical education lessons for the first class of primary schools.The project is devided into two parts: the theoretical part and the methodological part. The theoretical part deals with the theme of younger school age, physical education and medical physical education. It also discusses the relationship of health physical education to RVP ZV. The project also shows basic positions and types of compensatory exercises. The practical part includes suggestions for individual lessons of physical education with the use of health – oriented exercises with an appropriate motivation on the letters of the alphabet.
