Abstract:

Předmětem bakalářské práce je sestavení podnikatelského plánu na založení restaurace v Pardubicích. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část je věnována základním pojmům z oblasti podnikání, právním formám podnikání, podnikatelského plánu a SWOT analýze. Součástí teoretické části je rovněž posouzení výhodnosti investic. V praktické části je vytvořen konkrétní podnikatelský plán na založení restaurace. Je zde ověřeno, zda teoretické postupy jsou v praxi použitelné a uvedený podnikatelský plán má šanci na úspěch.

Abstract:

The subject of this bachelor work is processing the business plan for the restaurant in Pardubice. This work is divided into two parts, theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part is about basic terms of business, structure of business concept and SWOT analysis. The part also summarizes methods for assesing the investment advantages. In practical part is written the specific business plan for the restaurant. The part deals with specific business plan which verify the theoretical process in practise. The practical part also shows that the project has chance to be succesful.
