Abstract:
Cílem mé diplomové práce je zpracovat bezpečnostní analýzu stavu služebních pravomocí průmyslu komerční bezpečnosti v České republice a USA jako podpůrný dokument vzniku legislativy ČR. V teoretické části popisuji soukromé bezpečností služby a analyzuji aktuální stav legislativy v České republice a USA. V praktické části se zabývám syntézou zhodnocení problému a navrhuji vlastní doporučení.
Abstract:
The goal of my diploma thesis is to prepare security analysis of the status of official legislative powers Commercial Security Industry in Czech Republic and USA as a supporting document of legislation of the Czech Republic.
