Bakalárska práca sa zaoberá vymedzením pojmov bio a biopotravín, ich využitiu v gastronómii, charakteristikou výživových smerov a životných štýlov a vyjasneniu životného štýlu LOHAS. V analytickej časti na základe internetového dotazovania porovnáva vzťahy českých, slovenských a rakúskych spotrebiteľov ku biopotravinám a alternatívnym životným štýlom.
