Abstract:
Tato práce zpracovává problematiku utajovaných patentů. Nejprve definuje pa-tentové právo obecně a to zejména s ohledem na obecné principy, zaměřuje se na jeden z nejdůležitějších principů - princip veřejnosti, který je v kontrastu s utajováním patentů. This thesis comprehensively deals with the issue of secret patents. Firstly, it de-fines patent law in general, and in particular with regard to general principles, it focuses on one of the most important principles – principle of disclosure, which is in contrast to the secrecy of patents.
