Evaluation of the State Units of the Volunteer Firefighters in the Village Žeravice

Abstract:

Tato práce je zaměřena na vyhodnocení stavu jednotky sboru dobrovolných hasičů obce Žeravice. V teoretické části je popsána legislativa vztahující se k danému tématu, jednotky požární ochrany a ochrany obyvatelstva. Dále jsou popsány metody analýzy rizik. V praktické části je popsána činnost jednotky obce Žeravice, její předurčenost a vyhodno-cení stavu. V praktické části je také provedena metoda What - If, která posuzuje možná rizika ohrožující akceschopnost jednotky a SWOT analýza, která vyhodnocuje připravenost jednotky na úseku ochrany obyvatelstva. Z výsledků analýz bylo vytvořeno návrhové opatření na zlepšení stavu.

Abstract:

The objective of this thesis is to evaluate the volunteer fire department of the village of Žeravice. Firstly, the theoretical part of the thesis describes laws and regulations regarding the fire departments and civil protection. Also, it summarises the risk analysis methods. The practical part of this paper focuses on activity, goals and the current state analysis of the Žeravice volunteer fire department. Using the What If method, it also assesses possi-ble risks threatening the readiness and ability of the unit. Moreover, the practical part con-tains a SWOT analysis concerning the civil protection readiness of the given department. Based on the analyses, a set of recommendations to improve the current state and readiness of the Žeravice unit was created.
