Bakalářská práce se zabývá laboratorními markery sepse. Zaměřuje se na stanovení prokalcitoninu, presepsinu, interleukinu-6 a ICIS (Intensive Care Infection Score) u pacientů s onemocněním covid-19. Teoretická část je věnována sepsi a laboratorním parametrům. Bachelor thesis deals with laboratory markers of sepsis. It focuses on the determination of procalcitonin, presepsin, interleukin-6, and ICIS (Intensive Care Infection Score) in patients with COVID-19. The theoretical part is devoted to sepsis and laboratory parameters.
