Má bakalářská práce pojednává o klientských centrech, jejich pracovnících a činnostech. Cílem mé práce je seznámit s činností klientského centra, činnostmi jednotlivých pracovníků a posílit respekt k tomuto povolání, protože pracovníci klientského centra jsou jednou ze vstupních bran do společnosti.
