This thesis focuses on integration methods for the calculation of definite one-dimensional integrals. The work presents and compares various integration techniques that are key to solving a wide range of problems in mathematics, physics, etc. Among the methods discussed are Newton's antiderivative method and the use of special functions, Fourier transforms, the residual of curve integrals in the complex …more
