Abstract:
V bakalářské práci se věnuji bylinkám a koření převážně z hlediska využití v kuchyni, ale i v léčitelství a v kosmetice. Mimo jiné jsem se zabývala průzkumem využití bylinek a koření v praktické i teoretické výuce SOŠ v oblasti potravinářství.
Abstract:
Bachelor work is focused on herbs and spices especially on usage in meal preparation but also within pharmaceutics and cosmetics. There is also implemented my investigation on high school.
