The organization structure influences of the cash flow management

Abstract:

Předmětem této bakalářské práce je v rámci analýzy vnitřních procesů a organizační struktury podniku navrhnout vhodná opatření pro zajištění efektivnějšího toku peněz společnosti. Stanovit řešení a opatření řízení cash flow podniku, napříč organizační strukturou, kompetencemi odpovědných osob tak, aby se ošetřily identifikované nedostatky a případné hrozby. V teoretické části jsou popsány analyzované oblasti z pohledu doporučených principů od zkušených matadorů z dané oblasti. V praktické části je věnována pozornost skutečnému stavu těchto oblastí a jejich vlivů na Společnost XYZ, přičemž hlavním cílem zůstává ve sledovaném období 2015–2018, analýza dopadů na cash flow u Společnosti XYZ. Závěr práce je věnován zhodnocení odhalených slabších stránek u Společnosti XYZ, které mají dopad na řízení cash flow a návrhům doporučení pro efektivnější řízení cash flow, tak aby nedocházelo k výpadkům solventnosti Společnosti XYZ.

Abstract:

The subject of this bachelor thesis is within the analysis of internal processes and organizational structure of the company to propose appropriate measures to ensure a more efficient cash flow to the company. To determine solutions and measures of cash flow management of the company, across the organizational structure, competencies of responsible persons so as to address the identified deficiency and potential threats. The theoretical part describes the analyzed areas in terms of recommended principles from experienced matadors. In the practical part, attention is paid to the actual state of these areas and their impact on Company XYZ, while the main goal in the period 2015–2018 remains, the analysis of the impact on cash flow at Company XYZ. The conclusion of the thesis is devoted to the evaluation of the identified weaknesses in the Company XYZ, which have an impact on cash flow management and proposals for recommendations for more effective cash flow management, so as to avoid outages of solvency of the Company XYZ.
