Abstract:
Diplomová práce obsahuje teoretická východiska, která vychází z aktuálně platného občanského zákoníku. V další části je zpracována analýza smluv o dílo, které se používají v obchodní praxi. V části návrh řešení a zhodnocení jsou shrnuta doporučení pro zhotovitele při uzavírání smluv o dílo.
Abstract:
The master thesis contains theoretical basis, based on the currently valid Civil Code. The next section is an analysis work contracts, which are used in commercial practice. In the solution design and evaluation are summarized recommendations for the contractor when concluding contracts for work.
