Abstract:

V diplomové práci byl zkoumán vliv půdních podmínek a vlhkosti na vzorky čistého isotaktického polybutenu-1. První část vylisovaných vzorků byla vystavena krátkodobě a dlouhodobě půdní expozici, druhá část vzorků byla po stejnou dobu podrobena testu vlhkosti. Po určitých časových intervalech byla odebraná sada vzorků z půdy, která byla podrobena fluorescenční mikroskopii (FM), rentgenové analýze (RTG), diferenciální skenovací kalorimetrii (DSC) a infračervené spektroskopii s Fourierovou transformací (FTIR). Vzorky odebrané z testu vlhkosti ve stejnou dobu byly měřeny stejnými metodami, vyjma FM. Fluorescenční mikroskopií byla na povrchu vzorků pozorována aktivita mikroorganismů, která s narůstajícím časem klesala a materiál PB 0110M byl i po 30 měsících odolný vůči mikroorganismům. U vzorků měřených RTG analýzou po vyjmutí z půdy a testu vlhkosti byl zaznamenán nárůst podílu krystalinity. Poločas fázového přechodu II - I se u většiny vzorků zkrátil. DSC analýzou bylo prokázáno, že nedošlo k výrazným změnám teplot prvního a druhého tání a teploty krystalizace. FTIR analýzou byly pozorovány v oblastech 905 cm-1 a 925 cm-1 vibrace způsobené vazbami CH2 a CH3, které jsou charakteristické pro fázi II a fázi I.

Abstract:

In the thesis, the effect of soil conditions and moisture on samples of pure isotactic polybutene-1 was investigated. The first part of the pressed samples was subjected to short and long term soil exposure, while the second part of the samples was subjected to a moisture test for the same period of time. After certain time intervals, a set of soil samples were collected and subjected to fluorescence microscopy (FM), X-ray analysis (XRD), differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR). The samples collected from the moisture test at the same time were measured by the same methods, except for FM. Fluorescence microscopy was used to observe the activity of microorganisms on the surface of the samples, which decreased with increasing time and the material PB 0110M was resistant to microorganisms even after 30 months. An increase in the percentage of crystallinity was observed in the samples measured by X-ray analysis after removal from the soil and moisture test. The half-life of the phase transition II - I was shortened in most samples. DSC analysis showed that there were no significant changes in the first and second melting temperatures and crystallisation temperature. By FTIR analysis, vibrations due to CH2 and CH3 bonds, which are characteristic of phase II and phase I, were observed in the 905 cm-1 and 925 cm-1 regions.
