Synthesis and Optical Characterisation of Green Emitting LASER Materials.
Abstract:
This MSc. thesis was focused on synthesis of the novel inorganic materials suitable as the matrix of lasers emitting in the green part of the visible optical spectra. A search for suitable combinations of host lattice and lanthanide activator ions were studied. Rare-earth sesquioxides RE2O3 (RE = Y, Gd, Lu, Sc) doped by various concentrations of Ln3+ (Er3+, Ho3+, Ce3+) ions were synthesized. Their …more

Táto diplomová práca sa zaoberá syntézou a charakterizáciou látok vhodných pre konštrukciu laserov pre emisiu v zelenej oblasti viditlného svetla. Bol študovaný vliv vhodnej kombinácie mriežky a aktivátoru z rady lantanoidov pre prípravu anorganických materiálov vhodných pre túto aplikáciu.
