I challenge the situation in police practice
Abstract:
Práce se zabývá významem komunikace a dále psychologickými zvláštnostmi komunikace v podmínkách Policie České republiky. Specifikuje určité odlišnosti komunikace policisty s občany s důrazem na tzv. komunikačně náročné situace. V neposlední ředě přibližuje práci krizových interventů v Pardubickém kraji. Teoretická východiska aplikuji při analýze konkrétních komunikačně náročných situací.
Abstract:
This diploma thesis addresses communications in general, combined with the unique psychological chracteristics, as it relates to the Police of the Czech Republic. It emphasizes special techniques used and the communicative chalenges encountered, when Police communicate with citizen.
