Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá rekonstrukcemi šikmých střech. Teoreticko-metodologická část uvádí možné nejčastější poruchy a jejich příčiny. Úkolem této práce bylo vypracovat možné varianty rekonstrukcí hydroizolační vrstvy a krovu. Další etapou při rekonstrukcích je využití krovu k půdní vestavbě, proto jsou v práci uvedeny i konstrukční možnosti zateplení střešního pláště. Práce také obsahuje návrh různých variant umístění tepelné izolace a na závěr představuje druhy tepelných izolantů. V aplikační části jsou uvedeny základní informace o zvoleném objektu. Poté je zpracován stavebně technický průzkum, který slouží k vytvoření návrhu rekonstrukce šikmé střechy. Tato rekonstrukce je zpracována ve formě projektové dokumentace. Aplikační část začíná uvedením příkladů možných rekonstrukcí šikmých střech v daném regionu.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis deals with the reconstruction of pitched roofs . The most common faults and their causes are listed the theoretical-methodological section. The goal of this work was to develop possible reconstruction alternatives of the roof and waterproofing. Another reconstruction step is using the roof trussing for loft conversion, hence the theses contains description of constructions options for central layer insulation. The work also includes a proposal of different location options of thermal insulation and finally, it introduces different types of heat insulators. The application section provides basic information about the selected object . Then, the construction and technical research is prepared, which is used for creating a proposal for reconstruction of a pitched roof. This reconstruction is processed into the project documentation . The application section starts with the presentation of examples of possible pitched roof renovations in the region.
