Boreout syndrom or Burnout syndrom at employment office workers?

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá syndromem vyhoření a syndromem nudy u zaměstnanců na úřadu práce. Cílem této práce není pouze seznámit čtenáře s relativně neznámým pojmem syndromu nudy a odlišit ho od známějšího syndromu vyhoření, ale také zjistit zda se zaměstnanci na úřadu práce během své praxe se syndromy setkali. Tato práce vymezuje teoretická východiska jako syndrom vyhoření, syndrom nudy, prevence syndromů a supervize. V rámci této práce byl realizován vlastní výzkum na úřadech práce za pomoci dotazníkového šetření, z něhož vyplývá, že se respondenti opravdu setkali se syndromem vyhoření a syndromem nudy. Výsledky dále prokazují závislost mezi syndromem vyhoření a pracovní pozicí a naopak neprokazují závislost mezi délkou praxe a mírou vyhoření a nudy. Z výsledků tohoto výzkumu také vyplývá, že by respondenti uvítali možnost supervize na úřadu práce.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis deals with the burnout syndrome and the boreout syndrome among employees at the employment office. The aim of this work is not only to familiarize the reader with the relatively unknown concept of boreout syndrome and to distinguish it from the more familiar burnout syndrome but also to find out if the employees at the employment office have encountered syndromes during their practice. This bachelor thesis defines the theoretical basis as burnout syndrome, boreout syndrome, prevention of syndromes and supervision. In the framework of this bachelor thesis, own research at the employment offices was carried out with the help of a questionnaire survey, which indicate respondents met with burnout syndrome and boreout syndrome. Furthermore, the results show the dependence between burnout syndrome and job position, on the other hand, do not show a dependence between the length of the practice and the rate of burnout and boreout. The results of research indicate that respondents would welcome the possible of supervision at the employment office.
