Úloha vlastnictní při vzniku soukromé bezpečnosti a aplikace práv vlastníka, které ovlivňují bezpečnostní režimy

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena v teoretické části na analýzu pojmů, definování základních informací spojených s vlastnickým právem, výkonem soukromé bezpečnosti prostřednictvím fyzických osob a popisem technických, administrativních a režimových opatření, která může každý vlastník využít k ochraně fyzického majetku. V Praktické části je pomocí SWOT analýzy realizováno srovnání jednotlivých popsaných opatření k ochraně majetku, včetně určení ideální kombinace těchto opatření. Na případové studii fiktivního objektu, jejíž součásti jsou předem určená aktiva a hrozby, je autorem práce provedena analýza rizik. Následně je jedna z kombinací opatření ochrany majetku, která vzešla ze SWOT analýzy jako vyhovující aplikována. Návrhy opatření v jednotlivých oblastech mají za cíl eliminovat identifikovaná riziková místa a zajistit ochranu určených aktiv případové studie. Celkově tedy dojde k nastavení minimální úrovně ochrany soukromého vlastnictví.

Abstract:

In the theoretical part, this bachelor thesis is focused on the analysis of terminology, basic information definition in connection to property rights, private security service performance through natural person and the technical, administrative and regime measures description, which can be used to protect the movable property. In the practical part, the comparison of every single preventive measure to protection of property is described based on SWOT analysis, including optimal combination of these measures. The risk analysis has been implemented by the author of the thesis using a case study of a fictional building including predetermined assets and threats. Furthermore, one of the suitable combinations of property security, which emerged from SWOT analysis, is applied. The suggestions of measures in every single area aim to eliminate the identified risk points and ensure the protection of the assets given within the case study. In conclusion, the minimal level of protection of private property is reached.
