Physioterapy´s possibilities during improving of gait mechanism for a patient with myasthenia gravis

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na analyzování mechanismu chůze u onemocnění Myasthenia gravis (MG) a následné zhodnocení výsledků a využití možné terapie k ovlivnění tohoto mechanismu. Práce vymezuje kineziologii stereotypu chůze a aspekty ovlivňující chůzi. V teoretické části jsou shrnuty informace o onemocnění MG se zaměřením na problematiku mechanismu chůze. V dalších kapitolách se věnuji analyzování mechanismu chůze pomocí posturografu, klinickému obrazu onemocnění a možnostem celkové léčby u tohoto onemocnění. V praktické části jsou podrobněji uvedeny možnosti fyzioterapie u MG se zaměřením na zlepšení stereotypu chůze. V kazuistice je uvedena jedna pacientka, u které je terapie zaměřena především na posílení svalových skupin, které jsou nezbytné u správného stereotypu chůze. V diskuzi jsou poté rozebrány výsledky terapie a z nich vyvozený závěr.

Abstract:

Bachelor thesis focuses on analysis of gait mechanism at diseases Myasthenia gravis (MG), followed by evaluation of results and therapy which can be used to influence this mechanism. The thesis defines kineziology of walking stereotype and aspects affecting the gait. Theoretical section summarizes the information about the Myasthenia gravis diseases focusing on the gait mechanism. Further on, I analyze the gait mechanism through the posturograph, clinical presentment of the disease and its overall treatment options. The practical part presents the physioterapy possibilities of MG in detail focused on improving the walking stereotype. There is one patient presented in the casuistry. Her therapy consist in strenghthening the groups of muscles that are necessary for the proper walking stereotype. The discussion part analyze the results of the therapy and their conclusions.
