V této bakalářské práci jsem se zaměřila na charakteristiku surovin asijské gastronomie, vybraných výrobků a využití některých vybraných surovin a výrobků. V prvních čtyřech kapitolách se zabývám charakteristikou surovin, jejich botanickým popisem, pěstováním a příklady z odvětví využití. Abstract:
In this bachelor's thesis, I focused on the characteristics of raw materials of Asian gastronomy, selected products, and the use of some selected raw material products. In the first four chapters I deal with the characteristics of raw materials, their botanical description, cultivation and examples from the use industry.
