Tato diplomová práce s názvem Hypoteční trh v České republice se věnuje analýze hypotečního trhu. Popisuji a definuji zde detailně hypoteční úvěry a pojmy, které k této problematice patří. Charakterizuji úlohu státu v hypotečním trhu, stanovuji metody úročení a splácení hypotečních úvěrů. Popisuji metodiku schvalování hypotečních úvěrů a zároveň se věnuji popisu požadavků na klienta.
