Diplomová práce se zabývá využitím mikroextrakce tuhou fází pro analýzu profilu těkavých látek piva. Teoretická část se zaměřuje na popis mikroextrakce tuhou fází jako metody, popisuje profil těkavých látek zejména sladu a chmele, a také popisuje plynovou chromatografii ve spojení s hmotnostní detekcí a možnosti identifikace sloučenin.
