Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou teleworkingu neboli práce na dálku. Teoretická část objasňuje pojem teleworking, popisuje jeho možné formy a rozebírá hlavní faktory ovlivňující jeho volbu, a to ze strany zaměstnance i zaměstnavatele. The master thesis is dedicated to the subject of teleworking. The theoretical part explains the concept of teleworking, describes its possible forms and discusses the main factors influencing choice of teleworking by employees and employers.
