Consumer Protection in Banking in the EU
Abstract:
Tato práce se zabývá řešením analýzou ochrany spotřebitele v bankovnictví v EU. Dále se věnuje ekonomickým a právním aspektům dané problematiky – odůvodnění, cíl a principy ochrany spotřebitele v bankovnictví. Práce zahrnuje též nástin analýzy nákladů a užitků a právních způsobů ochrany spotřebitele.
Abstract:
This paper is devoted to an analysis of consumer protection in banking in the EU. Both economic and legal aspects will be investigated. The paper deals with the rationale, objectives, and principles of consumer protection in banking. It includes also the outline of the cost-benefit analysis and legal techniques of consumer protection.
