Abstract:
První část práce je věnována studiu epigenetické regulace genů v zelených jednobuněčných řasách. Popisuje vliv prostředí na metylaci DNA, modifikace histonů, strukturu chromatinu i RNA interference a dotýká se i jejich vlivu na metabolom. The first part of the thesis is devoted to the study of an epigenetic regulation of genes in unicellular green microalgae. The influence of environment on DNA methylation level, histones modifications, chromatin structure and RNA interferences are described as well as their effect on metabolome.
