Abstract:

URBAN, Matej: Education as the facility increasing the corporate culture and career growth of employees. [Bachelor thesis] Banking Institute – College of banking in Prague, foreign University Banská Bystrica, Department of legal and social sciences. Supervisor of the Bachelor thesis: Mgr. Ing. Vlasta Klačanská. Defense of Bachelor Thesis: 2012. Number of pages 51 The thesis deals with the Education as one of the means allowing increase of the corporate culture and career growth of employees. It includes a brief description of further education, corporate culture, education of employees and career growth. It deals in detail with particular processes of education at Orange Slovensko, a.s., as well as it includes information about the organizational chart of the company, its corporate culture and education of employees. The aim of the bachelor thesis evaluates a survey of the educational needs of employees and the final part it addresses the qualitative level of the corporate culture, career growth of employees in connection with the process of education.

Katedra práva a spoločenských vied. Vedúci práce: Mgr. Ing. Vlasta Klačanská. Rok obhajoby: 2012. Počet strán: 51 Bakalárska práca sa zaoberá vzdelávaním, ktoré je jedným z nástrojov zvyšovania firemnej kultúry a kariérneho rastu zamestnancov. Práca sa venuje vymedzeniu pojmov ako sú vzdelávanie dospelých, firemná kultúra, vzdelávanie zamestnancov a kariérny rast.Následne predstavuje proces vzdelávania v spoločnosti Orange Slovensko, a.s, pričom je tu predstavená aj samotná spoločnosť, vrátane údajov o jej organizačnej štruktúre, firemnej kultúre a vzdelávaní zamestnancov. Cieľom bakalárskej práce je vyhodnotenie prieskumu v oblasti vzdelávacích potrieb zamestnancov a kvalitatívnej úrovne firemnej kultúry a kariérneho rastu zamestnancov v súvislosti s procesom vzdelávania
