Abstract:
Předkládaná diplomová práce se zabývá zásadou koncentrace řízení v českém civilním soudním řízení a instituty souvisejícími s touto zásadou. Práce obsahuje též historický základ koncentrace řízení v České republice a porovnání aspektů této zásady v anglickém právu.
Abstract:
The submitted diploma work concerns witk the concentration principle in civil judical proceeding in the Czech republik and the intitutes, very closely connected with this principle. The work includes historical base of the concentration principle in the Czech republik and comparison of the aspects of this principle in the English law too.
