Stalking not only as continuation of domestic violence in police practice

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou nebezpečného pronásledování, kdy jde aktuální fenomén, který lze charakterizovat jako úmyslné pronásledování a obtěžování jiné osoby, snižující kvalitu jejího života a ohrožující její bezpečnost. Účinností nového trestního zákoníku od 1. 1. 2010, je nebezpečné pronásledování právně postižitelné. Teoretická část bakalářské práce se věnuje historii nebezpečného pronásledování, jeho druhům a typickým způsobům chování pachatelů, typologii pachatelů nebezpečného pronásledování. Pozornost je věnována obětem nebezpečného pronásledování a dopadu nebezpečného pronásledování na ně, jeho řešení a platné legislativě nebezpečného pronásledování v České republice. Bakalářská práce se také zabývá problematikou domácího násilí, kde se zabývá formami, znaky a dynamikou domácího násilí a také platné legislativě v České republice. Praktická část bakalářské práce je rozdělena na dvě části. V první část je realizována pomocí případových studií, věnující se konkrétním případům z policejní praxe Městského ředitelství Policie České republiky Ostrava a část druhá řeší statistiky této problematiky za období roku 2010, 2011, 2012.

Abstract:

This thesis deals with the issue of dangerous pursuits, when it comes to the current phenomenon that can be described as intentional persecution and harassment of another person, driving down the quality of her life and threatening its security. Effect of the new the Criminal Code from the 1. 1. 2010 is a dangerous pursuit legally punishable. In the theoretical part of the thesis is dedicated to the history of a dangerous pursuit, its species and typical patterns of behaviour of the perpetrators, a typology of perpetrators of malicious harassment. Attention is paid to the victims of a dangerous pursuit, and the impact of the danger of persecution upon them, his solution and valid legislation of dangerous persecution in the Czech Republic (hereinafter referred to as the Czech Republic). Bachelor thesis deals with the issue of domestic violence, which deals with the forms, characters, and the dynamics of domestic violence, as well as the valid legislation in the Czech Republic. The practical part of the thesis is divided into two parts. In the first part is implemented using case studies dedicated to the specific cases of the police practice of the municipal police of the Czech Republic in Ostrava and part two deals with the statistics for the year 2010, 2011, 2012.
