Abstract:
Předmětem této diplomové práce je studium výskytu epigenetických znaků na lebce a postkraniálním skeletu u historické populace z Českých Budějovic. Zkoumala jsem kosterní pozůstatky 56 jedinců, kteří byli pohřbíváni na hřbitově u kostela svatého Mikuláše v 15. – 18. století. Zaměřila jsem se na výskyt 163 epigenetických znaků, z nichž 100 se nacházelo na lebce a 63 na postkraniálním skeletu. Spočítala …more
Abstract:
The aim of this diploma thesis is to study the occurrence of epigenetic traits on skull and postcranial skeleton in historical population from České Budějovice. I examined the skeletal remains of 56 individuals, who were buried in cemetery by St. Nicholas Church during 15th – 18th centuries.
