Tato diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou pohledávek a způsoby jejich vymáhání, které může právnický subjekt uplatnit. Teoretická část je zaměřena na charakterizování druhů právnických subjektů a vymezení pojmu pohledávka od jejího vzniku, přes různé způsoby zajišťovacích instrumentů a jejích zániků, promlčení až po metody vymáhání pohledávek, které lze použít. This diploma thesis deals with claims and their methods of enforcement, which may be applied by legal entity. The theoretical part focuses on characterizing types of legal entities and definition of claims from its inception, through various methods of securing instruments and their termination, imitation of claims to debt collection methods that can be used.
