Sustainable Tourism

Abstract:

Tento text je rozdělen na tři základní části: teoretickou, analytickou a závěrovou: Teoretická část práce se snaží pochopit problematiku globalizace, udržitelného rozvoje a udržitelného cestovního ruchu. Teoretická část je zpracována metodou zhuštěné rozkladové analýzy a je doplněna autorovými názory a pro účel bakalářské práce zpracovanými komparacemi. Jejím cílem je zmapovat linii vzniku udržitelného rozvoje a udržitelného cestovního ruchu. Dále pak pochopit souvztažnosti obou strategií, vývoj jejich historie, která se týká hlavně významných summitů a jednání na nejvyšší úrovni a souvisejících výstupů. Jejím smyslem je též naznačit multioborovost této problematiky a vytvořit správný vědomostní podklad pro analytickou část. Nejdůležitějším aspektem teoretické části je vystihnout složitost samotného pojmu udržitelný cestovní ruch, hloubku vědomostí potřebnou pro správné pochopení zkoumané problematiky, která bude situována v analytické části. Jedná se o specifické české pohoří Brdy, jež působí na návštěvníka jedinečnou kombinací strhující přírody, zvláštní historie a neznámosti. Genius loci je základní podnět, procházející celou prací a vyjadřuje i zájem autora pochopit celé téma komplexně, do hloubky. Geniem loci se v závěru stalo téma samotné.Analytická část pracuje s produktem cestovního ruchu. Zabývá se analýzou CHKO Brdy, dále zkoumá atraktivity oblasti, diverzifikaci lokální ekonomiky sekundárními daty a používá strukturovaného dotazníku s cílem zjistit informovanost pracovníků první linie o udržitelném cestovním ruchu. Vyhledává projevy masového turismu a sleduje názory dotazovaných. Další metou této části záverečné práce je naznačit možnost dalších analýz, které umožňují zkoumané subjekty lépe rozlišit z hlediska výkonu a podílu na trhu. V tomto směru práce dobrého manažera nikdy nekončí a určené závěry nás nutí ptát se na další otázky. Tyto otázky není možné v rozsahu závěrečné práce zodpovědět. Jmenovaný aspekt se stal dalším rozměrem textu. Práce je doplněna grafickým zpracováním a stručnými závěry.

Abstract:

This text is divided into three basic parts: theoretical, analytical and final:The theoretical part of the thesis tries to understand the problems of globalization, sustainable development and sustainable tourism. The theoretical part is elaborated by the method of condensed analysis and is supplemented by the author's opinions and for the purpose of the bachelor thesis compiled comparisons. Its aim is to map the lines of sustainable development and sustainable tourism. Furthermore, to understand the correlation of both strategies with the development of their history, which mainly concerns major summits and top level meetings and related outputs. It is also indicated to capture the multidisciplinary nature of this issue and create the right knowledge base for the analytical part. The most important aspect of the theoretical part is to capture the complexity of the very concept of sustainable tourism, the depth of knowledge needed for a proper understanding of the issue to be solved in the analytical part. It is a specific Czech mountain range Brdy, which is a unique combination of stunning nature, special history and unknownness. Genius loci is a fundamental stimulus that goes through the whole work and expresses the interest of the author to comprehensively comprehend the subject in depth. In the end, Genius loci became the theme itself.The analytical part works with the product of tourism. It deals with the analysis of the Protected Landscape Area Brdy, further explores the attractiveness of the area, diversifies the local economy with secondary data and uses a structured questionnaire to find out the awareness of first-line workers about sustainable tourism. It searches for manifestations of mass tourism and follows the views of the interviewees. Another aim of this part of the final thesis is to indicate the possibility of further analyzes, which allow the subjects to be better distinguished in terms of performance and market share. In this respect, the work of a good manager never ends and the conclusions drawn force us to ask further questions. These questions cannot be answered in the scope of the final thesis. This aspect has become another dimension of the text. The thesis is supplemented with a graphic design and brief conclusions.
