Abstract:
V diplomové práci je zkoumán vliv stylu vedení na kulturu učení v organizaci. Před-pokladem je, že existují určité styly vedení, které jsou ke kultuře učení více nakloněny, a naopak existují styly vedení, které nenechávají zaměstnancům příliš prostoru pro učení a další vlastní vývoj. The diploma thesis examines the influence of leadership style on the culture of learning in the organization. The assumption is that there are certain leadership styles that are more inclined to a learning culture, and conversely there are leadership styles that do not leave employees much room for learning and further development.
