Abstract:
Predmetom diplomovej práce je vzdelávanie managerov. Teoretická časť bude zameraná na teóriu tvorby školení, pojem kompetencie a zvyšovania jej úrovne. Tiež bude spomenutá situácia v tejto oblasti v Českej republike. V praktická časť popisuje tvorbu vzdelávacieho projektu pre AIESEC Česká republika.
Abstract:
The subject of the thesis is the education of managers, In the theoretical part will be focused on the theory of the creation of trainings, the term competency and the increasing of its volume. The situation in the Czech republic in this area will be mentioned too. The practical part describes the creation of a educational project for AIESEC Czech republic)
