Cílem této práce je shrnutí širších souvislostí, které jsou zásadní při rozhodovacím modelu snižování energetické náročnosti objektu před započetím rekonstrukce. The aim of this work is to summarize the wider context, which is essential in the decision-making model of reducing the energy demand of the building before the start of the reconstruction.
