Náš současný právní řád zaujímá k problematice prostituce aboliční přístup, prostituce tedy není přímo řešena žádnou právní normou. Our current legislation holds an abolitionist position to prostitution. There is no any kind of direct regulation of prostitution. The thesis “Legal aspects of prostitution” mainly deals, with exception of general analysis of prostitution and its history, with research of legal aspects of prostitution in partial kinds of legal regulation de lege lata and also de lege ferenda.
