Coordination of rehabilitation from the perspective of medical professionals

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá tématem koordinované rehabilitace a skládá se z teoretické a empirické části. První kapitola teoretické části se zabývá historií, principy a legislativou související s koordinovanou rehabilitací. V dalších kapitolách jsou formou odborné stati předloženy jednotlivé složky koordinované rehabilitace - léčebná, sociální, pracovní a pedagogicko-výchovná. Poslední kapitola je zaměřena na koordinovanou rehabilitaci v praxi. Empirická část je zpracována prostřednictvím kvantitativního výzkumu, formou dotazníkového šetření. Cílem výzkumného šetření bylo zjistit znalost a pohled zdravotnických pracovníků na koordinovanou rehabilitaci. Součástí výzkumu bylo zjistit, jaký vliv na znalost zdravotnických pracovníků má vzdělání a obor ve kterém zdravotničtí pracovníci pracují.

Abstract:

The thesis deals with the theme of coordinated rehabilitation and consists of theoretical and empirical part. The first chapter of theoretical part deals with the history, principles, and legislation related to coordinated rehabilitation. The next chapters present individual components of coordinated rehabilitation in the form of professional essay - medical, social, working, and pedagogical-educative. The last chapter focuses on coordinated rehabilitation in practice. Empirical part is elaborated by means of quantitative research by questionnaire investigation. The aim of the research was to determine knowledge and attitude of healthcare workers to coordinated rehabilitation. A part of the research was to determine the effectof education and relevant profession health care workers on their knowledge.
