Tato diplomová práce pojednává o možnostech a limitech použití, získávání a dostupnosti, skladovatelnosti a uchovatelnosti a posklizňových ošetřeních opadavých listnatých keřů pro floristické účely. Pokusná část se věnuje životností vybraného rostlinného materiálu v různých roztocích na prodloužení životnosti a účinky skladování na mokro a na sucho u výhonů opadavých listnatých keřů. This diploma thesis deals about options and limits of use, acquisition and availability, storability and preservability and post-harvest treatments of deciduous shrubs for floristic purposes. The experimental part deals with the vase life of selected plant material in various solutions to prolong the vase life and effects of wet and dry storage of deciduous shrubs stems.
