Investment strategies of collective investment funds in the current conditions of the Czech Republic

Anotace:

Předmětem práce „Investiční strategie fondů kolektivního investování v soudobých podmínkách České republiky“ je analýza fondů kolektivního investování, komparace vybraných fondů a návrh investičního doporučení drobnému investorovi. V teoretické části této práce jsou popsány teoreticko-právní aspekty kolektivního investování v České republice, systematika dělení investičních fondů a na závěr metody hodnocení rizika a výnosnosti. V praktické části je provedena analýza významu investiční společnosti Generali Investments, analýza vybraných fondů kolektivního investování a následná komparace těchto fondů. V poslední kapitole jsou použity výsledky analýz k sestavení investičního návrhu pro drobného investora s přihlédnutím k jeho investiční filozofii.

Abstract:

The subject of the thesis "Investment strategies of collective investment funds in the current conditions of the Czech Republic" is the analysis of collective investment funds, comparison of selected funds and suggestion of investment recommendation for a retail investor. The theoretical part of this thesis describes the theoretical and legal aspects of collective investment in the Czech Republic, the system of dividing the investment funds and at the end the assessment methods of risk and profitability. In the practical part there are an analysis of relevance of investment company Generali Investments, an analysis of selected types of collective investment funds and subsequent comparison of these funds. In the last chapter, the results of the analyses are used for the investment suggestion for the retail investor, taking into account its investment strategy.
