Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá systémem řízení zaměstnanců a vlivem řízení lidských zdrojů na úspěšnost podnikání. V praktické části popisuje společnost JÍŠA s.r.o. a analyzuje jednotlivé personální činnosti firmy.
