Práca sa venuje problematike Public Relations (ďalej PR) vo vybranej finančnej inštitúcií, v tomto prípade v Československej obchodnej banke, a.s. (ďalej ČSOB, a. s.). Prvá kapitola je zameraná na analýzu teoretických východísk PR, popisuje súčasný stav riešenia problematiky doma a v zahraničí.
