Následně je prezentováno legislativní vymezení eutanazie v Nizozemsku, s přihlédnutím k širším historickým souvislostem Nizozemska, a její samotná praxe. The thesis is related to the issue of legalisation of euthanasia in the Netherlands from the perspective of Christian ethics. It introduces the historical context of understanding euthanasia and its various forms.
