Obsahem této práce, jak již prozrazuje název, je charakteristika smluvních závazkových vztahů a řešení otázky, jakou právní normou se mají řídit. Popisuje proces vzniku a uzavírání smluv. Práce je zaměřena na ty závazkové vztahy, které se týkají obchodní činnosti, s podrobnějším pohledem na smlouvu o dílo. The contain of this final thesis, as its topic reveals, is characteristic of contractual obligations and it solve the issue of which legal standard these obligations have to follow.
