Legislation of Propertiary Law in Legal System

Abstract:

ČERNÝ, Juraj: Legislation of propertiary law in legal system of SR. [Thesis]. Banking Institute / College of Banking, a foreign university Banská Bystrica. Department of Economics, pricing, social sciences and rights. Head of the thesis: JUDr. PhDr. Róbert Jáger, PhD. Year of defense: 2013. Number of pages: 55. The thesis is focused on the issue of the legislation of property rights in the legal order of the Slovak Republic. The work is divided into the three following chapters. In the introductory part, the author focused on the characterization of property rights in general, on the acquisition, reduction, protection, development and extinction. The second part focuses on the legislation of property rights on a worldwide scale and its regulation in the Civil Code. In the last part the author focused on the issue of relations with the ownership of flats and clarify of basic terms under the Act of ownership of housing and office space.

Katedra ekonómie, oceňovania, spoločenských vied a práva. Vedúci práce: JUDr. PhDr. Róbert Jáger, PhD. Rok obhajoby: 2013. Počet strán: 55. Bakalárska práca je zameraná na problematiku právnej úpravy vlastníckeho práva v právnom poriadku Slovenskej republiky. Práca je rozdelená do troch na seba nadväzujúcich kapitol. V úvodnej časti sa autor zameral na charakteristiku vlastníckeho práva vo všeobecnosti, na jeho nadobudnutie, obmedzenie, ochranu, zánik a vývoj. Druhá časť je zameraná na právnu úpravu vlastníckeho práva vo svetovom meradle a na jeho právnu úpravu v Občianskom zákonníku. V poslednej časti sa autor zameral na problematiku právnych vzťahov pri vlastníctve bytov a ozrejmenie základných pojmov podľa zákona o vlastníctve bytov a nebytových priestorov.
