Analysis of labor productivity in selected enterprise.
Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce hodnotí vývoj produktivity práce ve společnosti ARCA CZECH, s. r. o. V první části je definována produktivita a cesty k jejímu zvyšování obecně. Ve druhé části je hodnocena úroveň produktivity práce vztažená na pracovníka, jednotku času a jednotku mezd v letech 2012-2016. Dále práce obsahuje návrh cest zvyšování produktivity práce ve sledovaném podniku.
Abstract:
This bachelor thesis will evaluate development of labor productivity in the company ARCA CZECH, s. r. o. In the first part of the thesis there is the productivity and ways to increase it defined in general. In the second part of the thesis there is the productivity level related to worker, time unit and wage unit in years 2012-2016 defined.
