Abstract:

V této bakalářské práci se věnuji tématu "Komunikační dovednosti v pedagogické profesi". Tato práce je rozdělena do dvou částí, teoretické a praktické. Cílem mé práce je zmapovat rozvoj komunikačních dovedností v období dvou let u studentů vychovatelství. Teoretická část obsahuje pět kapitol, které jsou zaměřeny na komunikaci, komunikační přípravu, komunikační dovednosti, faktory ovlivňující komunikaci a specifika osobnosti vysokoškolského studenta. V praktické části uvádím metodu výběru respondentů, metodu sběru dat a metodu analýzy dat. Dále poskytuji nástin samotného výzkumu.

Abstract:

In this thesis is devoted to the topic "Communication skills in the pedagogic profession." This work is divided into two parts, theoretical and practical. The aim of my work is to explore the development of communication skills in a period of two years for students of field Education. The theoretical part contains five chapters that focus on communication, communication preparation, communication skills, factors affecting communication and personality specifics university student. In the practical part, the method of selection of respondents, data collection method and data analysis method. Furthermore, I present an outline of the research itself.
