Abstract:
Práce se zabývá technologií výroby speciálních ochucených druhů piv. Práce je zaměřena na piva, do kterých se kromě klasických surovin (voda, slad, chmel) přidává i další surovina za účelem ovlivnění chuti piva. Práce popisuje historii a původ jednotlivých ochucených speciálů a zdůrazňuje rozdíly technologie výroby klasických piv a ochucených piv.Abstract:
The thesis describes technology of production of special flavored beers. The work is focused on beers, in addition to classical raw ingredients (water, malt, hops), and other raw ingredients are added to influence the taste of beer. The work describes the history and origin of individual flavored specialties and highlights the differences in technology of production of classic beers and flavored beers …more
