Abstract:

Ve své diplomové práci se věnuji sestavení podnikatelského plánu pro kosmetický salon. Práce je empirická, teoreticko-výzkumná a bude rozdělena na část teoretickou a praktickou. V teoretické části se budu věnovat teoretickému výkladu podnikatelského plánu a teorii marketingového výzkumu. Z teoretické části budu vycházet při zpracování druhé (praktické) části práce. Tou je sestavení podnikatelského plánu pro otevření salonu poskytujícího kosmetické služby ve spolupráci se zahraniční kosmetickou značkou. V rámci praktické části bude proveden také kvantitativní výzkum a analýza podnikatelského prostředí pro získání co nejhodnověrnějších dat pro založení podniku v rámci dané lokality. Volba tohoto tématu byla provedena na základě vlastní zkušenosti během zaměstnání ve francouzské kosmetické firmě. Produkty dané společnosti jsou využívány pro salonní ošetření, a právě zde se zrodila myšlenka pro založení salonu krásy. Přestože se jedná o zatím čistě hypotetický projekt, plán bude sestaven ve snaze o jeho případné reálné provedení.

Abstract:

In my diploma thesis, I focus on drawing up a business plan for a beauty salon. The work is empirical, theoretical-research and will be divided into a theoretical and a practical part. In the theoretical part, I will focus on the theoretical interpretation of the business plan and the theory of marketing research. I will be based on the theoretical part when processing the second (practical) part of the work. This is the compilation of a business plan for opening a salon providing cosmetic services in cooperation with a foreign cosmetic brand. As part of the practical part, quantitative research and analysis of the business environment will also be carried out in order to obtain the most reliable data for establishing a business within the given locality. The choice of this topic was made on the basis of my own experience during my employment in a French cosmetics company. The company's products are used for salon treatments, and it was here that the idea for establishing a beauty salon was born. Although this is a purely hypothetical project, the plan will be drawn up in an effort to make it possible.
